Refund Policy

At Ledger and Leaf, we strive to provide high-quality bookkeeping services.

 

Refunds

• Overpayments: Any accidental overpayment will be refunded in full.

• Cancelled services: Full refund if services are cancelled before work begins.

• Service issues: Partial or full refunds may be issued if services are not delivered as agreed.

 

Please note: Refunds are not available for work already completed or submitted to regulatory authorities (e.g., HMRC filings).
